Side-by-side facts
Vollara H2Fuel vs HydroH vs H2 Nano V3
Compare portable hydrogen-water devices by electrolysis system, manufacturer-published dissolved-hydrogen concentration, capacity, cycle, ORP, charging, dimensions, weight and warranty disclosure.
Key differences
These devices publish different cycle and concentration claims, but the figures are manufacturer-supplied rather than common-protocol measurements. HydroH and H2 Nano V3 both contain internally inconsistent concentration statements on their current product pages; H2 Nano also publishes dimensions whose metric and imperial heights do not convert consistently. Those conflicts are shown rather than silently corrected.

Product labels can change; follow the current package. When a comparable field is missing, the table says so rather than substituting a differently defined number.
Concentration claims need measurement context
Dissolved molecular hydrogen is usually reported as ppb or ppm, and concentration can change with cycle length, water temperature, container geometry, pressure and how soon the sample is measured. A headline number without those conditions is weak comparison material.
Vollara’s H2Fuel manual publishes a 0–1,100 ppb range but does not publish a timed production cycle, so the matrix now says that plainly. HydroH’s current page states about 1,600 ppb at 3 minutes and 3,000 ppb at 10 minutes in its FAQ while other page copy uses a 1.5 ppm headline. Hydrogen4Health’s H2 Nano V3 page says over 5,000 ppb at 10 minutes in one section while its specification copy gives a different upper range. Homeapotherapy does not choose whichever number looks strongest.
Missing manufacturer data should look missing—not broken
The HydroH page does not publish ORP, dimensions, weight or a conventional warranty term in the cited product page; it does advertise a 90-day money-back guarantee. H2 Nano V3 publishes ORP and a one-year warranty but not product weight. Its dimensions are presented as both 31 cm × 6.5 cm and 9.44 × 2.56 in, which are not a consistent unit conversion. Those cells now state the documentation issue explicitly rather than rendering empty.
Hardware comparison is separate from health evidence
PEM/SPE terminology, electrode material, cycle time and bottle capacity describe the device. They do not by themselves establish a therapeutic effect. Manufacturer testimonials and broad wellness claims are not treated as clinical evidence here.
Current-source check
All three manufacturer source links were rechecked on September 17, 2026. Every comparison field now has either a source-bounded value or a clear “not published” statement, so a missing manufacturer disclosure cannot be mistaken for a rendering bug.
Evidence boundary
Homeapotherapy has not performed dissolved-gas testing on these products. This page is a source-audit and purchasing comparison of the documented hardware, not a clinical ranking.
