Side-by-side facts

Vollara LaundryPure 2.0 vs O3Waterworks Laundry Systems

Compare Vollara LaundryPure 2.0 with O3Waterworks LM201 and LM301 +PLUS by water-treatment mechanism, cold-water use, ozone disclosure, pressure, power, size, establishment identifier and warranty.

Key differences

Vollara's manuals library still exposes LaundryPure 2.0 documentation while its storefront now emphasizes a newer Laundry Pro line. O3Waterworks publishes current LM201 and LM301 manuals; the +PLUS LM301 page states 0.5 ppm Normal and 1.0 ppm Boost modes. Where a source does not publish pressure, wattage or a product-specific establishment identifier, the matrix now states that explicitly instead of leaving an unexplained blank.

How to compare: Compare like with like: ingredient or mechanism, labeled dose, evidence match, use constraints and safety. If a comparable value is unavailable, the table says so rather than substituting a differently defined number.

Product labels can change; follow the current package. When a comparable field is missing, the table says so rather than substituting a differently defined number.

Why the product naming matters

Vollara’s current manuals index still links a LaundryPure 2.0 manual, while its storefront/navigation now emphasizes a newer Laundry Pro 3.0 line. Homeapotherapy therefore keeps this record scoped to LaundryPure 2.0 and does not copy newer-generation specifications onto it.

O3Waterworks identifies its current base Smart Laundry System as LM201 and the +PLUS model as LM301. Both current product pages and current user manuals were rechecked for this comparison.

Aqueous ozone is a device specification, not a cleaning score

O3Waterworks publishes selectable 0.5 ppm Normal, 1.0 ppm Boost, and No O3 modes for the +PLUS LM301. The cited LM201 page/manual does not publish a directly comparable numeric ppm output, and the cited Vollara LaundryPure 2.0 manual likewise does not quantify a ppm field. The table therefore shows those documentation gaps instead of assuming equivalence.

Power and water-pressure fields are now explicit

LaundryPure 2.0 publishes 20–60 psi and 0.4 W standby / 1.3 W operating. The O3Waterworks manuals specify a 12 V DC adapter from a standard 120 V outlet, but do not publish a wattage or numeric inlet-pressure range. They do discuss installation considerations for low-flow HE washers. Those are different levels of disclosure, and the comparison preserves that distinction.

Establishment numbers are not approvals

O3Waterworks publishes EPA Est. #104569-CO-1 for both LM201 and LM301. Vollara’s manuals page separately lists its Bristol, Virginia manufacturing facility as EPA #87327-VA-1, but the LaundryPure 2.0 manual does not present that as a product-specific registration. The table labels this distinction rather than implying EPA approval of cleaning claims.

Current-source check

The cited manufacturer pages and manuals were rechecked on September 17, 2026. Every matrix field now contains either a sourced value or a clear statement that the cited source does not publish the value.

Evidence boundary

Homeapotherapy has not run standardized stain-removal, detergent-residue, textile-life or microbiological testing on these systems. Manufacturer cleaning claims and establishment identifiers are kept in source scope and are not treated as independent proof of superior sanitation.
