A separate COSMOS-Mind analysis found that multivitamin assignment did not significantly reduce the incidence of mild cognitive impairment or dementia over three years.
Positive cognition or memory findings should therefore remain separate from dementia-prevention claims. The cited evidence does not establish Centrum Silver as a product that prevents dementia.
How it differs from traceability-focused formulas
