Product fact sheet
Tyent ACE-13 Water Ionizer
Current-source Tyent ACE comparison record showing the live 11-to-13-plate Hydrogen Boost configuration, filtration, pH/ORP claims, warranty and fields Tyent no longer publishes on the current product page.
Tyent's current ACE page presents a configurable countertop ionizer: the Hydrogen Boost option moves the platform from 11 to 13 plates and publishes a 1.7–12.5 pH range and ORP down to about -1150 mV.

Key tradeoff: The current Tyent page has changed from older standalone ACE-13 documentation. Homeapotherapy now uses the live product page rather than a legacy direct PDF that no longer resolves reliably, and it leaves unpublished physical/flow fields explicit instead of carrying stale values forward.
This is a factual fit-and-tradeoff summary, not a product recommendation. Formula, device and brand claims remain manufacturer claims unless the cited source is explicitly regulatory or independent testing.
What the current product page establishes
Tyent’s live ACE page now presents the platform as 11 plates standard with a Hydrogen Boost option that increases the configuration to 13 platinum-coated titanium mesh plates. The page publishes a 1.7–12.5 pH range, ORP down to about -1150 mV, dual front-load filtration and an optional 0.01-micron Ultra Filtration upgrade.
The page also describes a 10-amp current supply, motion-activated flow control and a Lifetime Guarantee for qualifying North American purchases made directly from Tyent or an authorized reseller.
Why older ACE-13 numbers were removed
The direct ACE-13 PDF previously used by this record now returns an access failure from the manufacturer host. More importantly, the current storefront has changed the configuration model. Carrying old cabinet dimensions, weight, wattage and other fixed values forward under a live current-source label would create false precision.
Homeapotherapy therefore removed the dead manual source and now marks nominal L/min flow, cabinet dimensions, product weight and maximum wattage as not published on the current product page.
How to compare it
Do not compare only the most extreme pH or ORP number. Compare the exact plate configuration, filtration option, source-water conditions, warranty terms and current documentation first. A 13-plate option is not the same thing as assuming every current ACE unit ships as a fixed ACE-13 configuration.
Evidence boundary
Homeapotherapy has not independently tested output water from this model. Tyent’s output and filtration statements remain manufacturer claims, and broad health claims on the product page are not treated as clinical evidence.

What the current record does not establish
- The live manufacturer page does not publish a nominal L/min flow rate, cabinet dimensions, product weight or maximum wattage.
- The ACE page markets an optional 11-to-13-plate Hydrogen Boost configuration, so older fixed ACE-13 specifications should not be silently mixed into this current record.
Source labels preserve provenance. Manufacturer specifications, ingredient lists and performance claims are not treated as independent clinical evidence; regulatory records and independent measurements are identified separately when available.
Safety first
What should make you slow down?
Treat manufacturer pH, ORP and hydrogen-output claims as condition-dependent device specifications, not clinical outcomes; verify the configuration being sold because the current ACE page is option-based.
