What makes the Pro+ materially different
The Pro+ is not simply the standard Pro with a larger specification. Its current manual describes a PCO-A cell, activated-carbon filter, HEPA filter screen and a purification plate. It lists 40–60 CFM airflow, 43 W maximum input, 45–55 dBA sound, a 7.6 lb weight and an enclosure measuring 11.8 × 9.5 × 10 inches.
The manual also describes a Depart Room Mode with purification-plate ozone output above 2.0 ppm and instructs that this mode be used only in an unoccupied area with no people or pets present. The same manual says the model does not meet California requirements and cannot be shipped to California or Canada.
Ozone safety context
EPA guidance on ozone-generating air cleaners says an EPA establishment number is not an endorsement and warns against ozone-generator use in occupied spaces. That is general public-health context; it is not an independent test of this Vollara unit.
